Chocolate Fingers
It makes 16 fingers.
What are the ingredients?
60grams or 2 ounces of butter
Half to one teaspoon (tsp) of ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons (tbsp) of golden syrup
200 grams of dark chocolate broken into pieces
What Do I do?
Put all into a large pan and heat gently until melted
Stir in 250 grams or 8 ounces of crushed plain biscuits (Nice or malted biscuits or a mixture)
Mix well and spread into an 18 cm (7 inch) square tin, lined with bakewell or greaseproof paper
Chill until firm and then cut into fingers.

Microwave Walnut Cake!!!
This will make 9 squares.

100 grams or 4 ounces of soft margarine
100 gram of soft dark Brown sugar
100 grams of self raising flour
2 eggs
Half tsp of baking powder
Golden Syrup
Instant coffee
Milk
50 grams (2 ounces) of walnuts- finely chopped
100 grams (4 ounces) of walnut halves
75 grams (3 ounces) of toffee - roughly chopped
What Do I Do?
Take the:
100 grams or 4 ounces of soft margarine
100 gram of soft dark Brown sugar
100 grams of self raising flour
2 eggs
Half tsp of baking powder
AND
Beat all together until smooth
What Do I Do Then?
Mix 2 tbsp golden syrup with 2 tsbp of instant coffee dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot water
Stir in 50 grams, (2 ounces) of finely chopped walnuts into a 23cm or 9 inch square microwave proof dish and level the surface
Cook on High (100%) for 5 minutes
Stand for 5 minutes
Meanwhile place 75 g (3ounces) toffees, roughly chopped and 6 tbsp of milk in a microwave proof bowl; cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring twice until melted
Beat until smooth
Arrange 100 g (4ounces) walnut halves on sponge, brush with 2 Tbsp golden syrup warmed
Cut into 9 squares and serve warm, with sauce.

This serves serves 6-8, depending on how you cut your slices.

One packet of Stork margarine
170 grams of caster sugar
45 grams of drinking chocolate
45 grams of cocoa
2 eggs
2 packets of Marietta biscuits or something like Marietta biscuits
What Do I Do?
Gently melt margarine on a medium low heat
Once it has melted, add drinking chocolate, caster sugar and cocoa and stir until the sugar granules have completely dissolved
Allow the mixture to cool off the heat for a minute or so
Beat in the 2 eggs, whisking quickly
Now crumble the Marietta biscuits into the mixture and stir to combine
Once fully combined, place in a greased tin and place in fridge to set
Cut the cake into slices before serving.
